Une analyse de votre rythme circadien : identification des perturbations ou des réveils nocturnes, ou des moments de fatigue pendant la journée, et identification des moments précis où ils se produisent.
A travers ce prisme, nous découvrirons les difficultés les plus communes que vous rencontrez dans votre vie et ce, depuis quelques temps.
Une évaluation des effets sur votre colonne vertébrale, y compris toute tension ou douleur, et la spécification des niveaux vertébraux concernés.
Des conseils pratiques pour vous aider à faire face et à retrouver votre équilibre : des recommandations alimentaires aux suggestions de soins homéopathiques ou ostéopathiques, en passant par l'activité physique ou même l'expression artistique. Vous pourrez avec ces informations , décider du chemin thérapeutique que vous préférez.
Si vous choisissez de poursuivre avec moi, je vous communiquerai également un plan d'action personnalisé indiquant le nombre de séances recommandées et le coût global.
